Friday 16th October – Bacup to Rawtenstall Linear Walk

On Friday 16th October, Diana (07837162890) will lead a 9 mile grade 3 linear walk with approximately 1200 ft ascent, from Bacup to Rawtenstall. We will catch the 9.34 am 464 bus from Rawtenstall Bus Station (BB47LZ) towards Rochdale, arriving at St James Square, Bacup, OL13 8EZ at 9.53am.From where the walk will commence. Visiting the Irwell Sculpture Trail, Dean Head, Water for lunch and emergency refreshment opportunity at The Water Trough cafe, Lumb, Chapel Hill back to Rawtenstall.

This walk is free, but after 3 walks with us you are asked to join The Ramblers, at a cost of only £3.75 per month for an individual, or £5.08 for joint membership.
