The 2022 AGM was held at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 15th November, at Sunny Bank Social Club, Helmshore. All relevant reports were circulated prior to the meeting for all members to read and raise any relevant questions. The only change to the committee, saw Bernie replacing Glyn as secretary. At yesterday’s AGM, Gill promised she’d post the Recce Expenses Claim Form mañana, so as promised (finally!) here it is. You can access the claim form here. If you prefer to email Gill your recce expenses, she will still need the information on the form, i.e. the distance travelled to do the recce, and the date on which you are going to do the walk. Payment will be by cheque, or direct to your bank account if you give Gill your bank details.
