Saturday 5th September – Pub Walk – Tottington

On Saturday 5th September, Judy (07729396803) will lead a 2 hour pub walk starting at 10.30am, with optional food and/or drink after, from the Robin Hood, Market Street, Tottington P/C BL8 4AA  w3w  salad.lied.debit    SD 775131   53.614676   -2.340528. The walk has less than 400 feet of ascent, 5 stiles and mostly good paths, but some with overgrown vegetation.  Due to blocked paths there is also some road/pavement walking. Please wear sensible shoes or boots, as well as a waterproof jacket in case of rain, and bring plenty of water to drink.  The pub is dog friendly and the table is booked for 12.30 – Menu attached, and there are some additional options.

This walk is free, but after 3 walks with us you are asked to join The Ramblers, at a cost of only £3.58 per month for an individual, or £4.83 for joint membership. 

Please note the following important points:

• Prior booking is mandatory via this link. This enables walk leaders to organise their walk, in line with the number attending.

• Each individual walker must be on a separate booking, but if a walker does not have an email address, a friend or family member can book them on using their own email.

• Booking closes one hour before the walk starts.

If you want to bring a dog, you must ring the walk leader in advance to discuss.  You should also read the Dog Walking Code and be aware that any problems caused by your dog are not covered by the Ramblers insurance policy.
