AGM Raffle Proceeds

I am delighted to say that the AGM raffle raised the brilliant sum of £220 for Rossendale & Pendle Mountain Rescue Team.  Many thanks to all those who bought tickets – including some who could not attend – and to all those who brought raffle prizes.

Our speaker from RPMRT, Peter Leonard, inadvertently left his mountain rescue coat behind, and is picking it up at our Rotary meeting this evening.   He will also pick up the cash and will give it to their treasurer later in the evening, as it is  a training night.
