ICE Discs, updates and new issues

As you all know all members should have with them an ICE (In case of emergency) disc on all organised Ramblers walks.

These discs have been in use for almost two years now and as with everything in life we need to update them if required. This would include medication changes and contact details if they have changed.

The costs of all discs is covered by Rossendale Ramblers. 

If you do not have or need to update your existing disc please contact Dave Hodgson with the relevant details

If you do not have a disc yet the details required are;

1.Your Name

2. Your desired point of contact and their mobile number

3. Details of all relevant medication you take
